    Hi,

I have tested the pop-up in the Brizy Cloud and all seems to work fine. See here. Could you please send us the URL link of the site you encounter this problem and indicate where we can find the pop-up? Also, could you give us more details about how did you create the pop-up?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hey Sandra,

    thanks for your response.

    Link is: https://strawberry3962435.brizy.site/

Tweaked some more. Now the problem is only with mouse wheel scrolling not working on popup overlay content, on mobile/touch/tap it works, also on mobile simulator as you have done in the demo.

The first popup on page load has an embed inside. Hovering the cursor over this element and scrolling per mouse wheel is okay, but not the rest of the content (headline, text).

The same goes for the popups that open when clicking on the first two logos on the end of the page (section "partner").

Is there an easy (CSS) fix for it?

    thanks in advance

    Hi,

Thank you for the URL link. I tested the pop-ups you indicate to us but I find that they are loading fine on mobile. I tested on 2 mobile devices - iPhone XS Max and Samsung S8 - on both pop-ups are working correctly. See here.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Sandra,

thanks but mobile is not a problem any more. It's on desktop, the mouse wheel scroll is not being intercepted. Can you confirm?

    Hey Sandra,

my last answer (yesterday) is still pending approval, why?

The problem is not on touch devices but on desktop with a mouse device.

    Hello Daniel,

    Natalia here!

I asked one of our frontend developers to take a look over this problem with the pop-up.

Please, give me some details about the embed element "The first popup on page load has an embed inside." - where did you add the code?

    Thanks!

    Natalia

    Hey Natalia,

    thanks for investigating this.

I moved the popup that is enabled on page load to this page now:

    https://strawberry3962435.brizy.site/start-after-event

About the embed: it's an iframe for a livestream player via contentflow.

    thanks!

Thank you Sandra for letting me know about your progress.

I suppose it's due to to the fixed positioned popups and related to pointer events not being intercepted.

    Dear Sandra,

it seems that my comments sometimes are not being submitted. Oh well, again:

Do you have any news on this already?

We noticed another issue in regard to popups and scrolling:

When disabling the popup setting to be closed on clicking outside, the popup scrollbar is also no longer clickable. The popup is effectively not being scrollable even on mobile.

I enabled this setting in order for a custom 2-click privacy logic to work properly.

    See here: https://strawberry3962435.brizy.site/start-after-event

Otherwise, on clicking the link "Inhalt anzeigen" to enable the custom iframe, the popup is being closed immediately and there's no way to show the popup again. This might be due to the way this paragraph's CSS position value is set (absolute).

I'm thinking about moving away from using popups here since this is such an unreliable feature right now.

    Thanks in advance

    Hey,
I dunno if my last comment (2 days ago) reached you already. It's still pending approval.

Can you please confirm that you received it since some of my comments in this thread seem to be lost somehow....thanks!
