Hi! I love Brizy. But we are having problems. Do you have any idea what happened to our website?

We did need to do an update. And, we did just install a new app: MonsterInsights Analytics - are there compatibility issues with it?

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details! If you deactivate the MonsterInsights Analytics, did you receive the same problem? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same issue? Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.0.14 and Brizy Pro 2.0.7?

  Hi Sandra! The HOME page and CONTACTS page seemed to have lost all design but the other pages are fine. WEIRD! I deactivated MonsterInsights Analytics and deleted it. That did not help.

  So, I also deactivated all external plugins and activate a WP default Twenty-Twenty theme as you asked. First, there is a lot of code and then what I wrote but no images or design that I did in BRIZY.

  BUT - when I changed back to the ASTRA theme - my entire website is now just code and words with no images and no BRIZY design. OMG - where did it all go??? https://www.blackrockred.com/

  Sandra or anyone: I restored my Website from my cloudways server to a point before the MonsterInsights Analytics install. I see the entire website perfectly while using the WordPress dashboard to view the website. But, on other computers I cannot view the Home page or the contacts page correctly. I get what you see in the attachment. All other pages display correctly. HELP! Thanx!

  Fixed. I just used our backup of an earlier version. I did want to know what happened, but we will never know. But thank you.
