Settings do not show in sidebar as indicated

Dear Brizy Team,

I am trying to find out how to create Menues in Brizy and found this video tutorial:

so far so good but I do not have the indicated Propperties "wheel" icon on my left hand sidebar nor anyway else. (see screenshot)

Did this move somewhere else?
