Email links

Hi,
If you want to add the telephone number link to the text, you have to select that text and go to the "Link -> URL" option. There you have to indicate "tel:+123456789". See here.
If you want to add the email link to the text, you have to select that text and go to the "Link ->URL" option. There you have to indicate "mailto:email@gmail.com". See here.

Hi Sandra, I need to make the link dynamic on a single post template.
It's a multiauthor blog so I I cannot manage the link manually, as you suggest in the case above.
I've added the author bio and the author email (all can be done dynamically, as you know) but now I cannot add the dynamic "mailto" link for that specific email. Any idea? Thanks!
Best regards

Hello Enrico!
My name is Mihail, Brizy customer team.
I am sorry for the delay, support is limited on weekendsTry to call Dynamic content using "#" sign, as per my screencast: https://jmp.sh/TtTuEDw
This option can be used in a template to show different emails.
Kind regards,
Mihail

Hi MIhail,
actually it's what I did, but it pastes the email address, without any link. I also tried:1. Using HTML (<a href="mailto:#Author Email ">#Author Email </a>)in text field, but the page shows HTML code as text
2. using dynamic shortcodes (#authoremail) in an Include element, but they don't work at all.
Probably I have to use PHP inside an include element with "the_author_email()" function but... can include elements use PHP?!?!?!
I feel i'm stuck on a stupid little thing you just forgot to include! :)
Best
Enrico

Hi Enrico,
Thank you for contacting us.
You can add a custom PHP through the embed code element, see here.
Best regards, Nelea.
