Pro purchase

Hi

 

We already purchased your pro for Wordpress. One of our colleagues bought it with his email maksim.starovoytov@dealroomevents.com and I switch it to my email mustafa.sener@dealroomevents.com.

 

Now, I cannot see my pro subscription anymore.

  Hi,

  We investigated both emails you send us and found that we don't have an account with maksim.starovoytov@dealroomevents.com email, also, on the mustafa.sener@dealroomevents.com we didn't find any purchase. I created a private ticket on this request 9410, could you please send us there in the private message the Order Id of the purchase? You have to be notified about this private message in your inbox.
