    Hi Elyana,

Could I ask you who is your hosting provider? Is it NameCheap? Could you send us the URL link of the site you encounter this problem?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Thank you for these details. At the moment we have this problem with images on sites hosted on NameCheap. We collaborated with NameCheap team and they promise us that as soon as possible they will release the fix for this problem. At the moment, they asked us to make a list with all sites that have this problem and send them this list. Therefore, we added your site in this list too.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra

Ah, I had a feeling that will be the case. Thank you for your reply! Also, do you roughly know how long it will take for it to get fixed?

    Thanks!

    Cheers

    Hi Elyana,

I would like to say an ETA for this issue but unfortunately, it doesn't depend on our team. When we will receive some notification from NameCheap we will inform you too.
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra!

Since I'm in a rush to put up the website asap, I had asked NameCheap side regarding this issue. They got back to me after doing some checks and concluded that there's nothing wrong from their side.

Because I'm in rush, I was thinking of changing the hosting provider. Would you recommend to change it to get Brizy Pro working? Or do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks! hope to hear from you again.

    Warm Regards,
    Lana

    Hi Elyana,

The NameCheap Customer Support may not know about this problem because we are discussing and collaborating directly with a developer, Aleksey from NameCheap Cloud team on the Slack. One of our users had the same problem from NameCheap said that asked the NameCheap team about this problem and they added the fix directly on his server.
If you are in the rush and investigate the solution to use another hosting provider, I can say that it may be a solution to this problem for the moment. In this situation, I can recommend Siteground, Cloudways or inmotion.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I am using Blocksy theme too and it doesn't work either. I have Forpsi hosting.
Some images work and some never even if I delete everything and reupload it...

    Hi,

The problem with the Namecheap is already solved. Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.16 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11?

When did you encounter this problem? Is it happen only in the preview or editor mode or in both modes? What were your previous actions? Did you migrate the site? What method did you use? For the migration, we recommend using the All in One Migration plugin. It can help you to copy and transfer all folder and files without any problems.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
