    Hi,

is the problem with this pop-up: https://jmp.sh/zORRKOR ? I don't see any other pop-ups on the page you sent. Can you please send a screen recorder so we can see the actions and try to replicate it?

Here's a better way, public page

    https://www.charlottelazzari.it/brizysupport

With "pulse" animation, you won't see any video, double click to go full screen

Without "pulse" the popup works, but you can still click on elements beyond

The animation is set on the grey arrow, up / left

    Hi,

both buttons work for me: https://jmp.sh/izPzPfX The problem I can confirm is that the links on the page can be accessed even if the pop-up is over. We will fix this in one of the next updates.

    Hi,

sorry, several customers are experiencing failures in popup system: the bug is caused by the "entrance animation" showing especially in google chrome. Once disabled, the popup works fine.

Just take care for next release!

    Hi,

We will be grateful if you will help us to reproduce the problem. Have you seen other reports on this issue? You say that the first button on the submitted link does not display a pop-up window, but it works on me. Maybe it happens on a certain browser?

Hei Alex, just a quick news:

in another site, the problem issued after wordpress update to 5.5.2 version, even with brizy pro left to 2.06 version.

It requires to disable entrance animations to show it again

    Thank!

    Hi,

I tested with the latest versions of Brizy + entrance animation + WordPress 5.5.3. It works as it should: https://jmp.sh/dod7rUu Looks like it's just happening to you. Do you have a code minification plugin? If so, did you try to disable it and check?
