    Hi,

Do you have the latest update for Brizy Free 2.0.14? Could you send us a screenshot with the error you encounter? What theme do you use? Could you try to activate temporary a WP default theme?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

    Thanks for your response.

Yes, all plugins, Wordpress and themes are updated, I tried to deactivate all the plugins except Brizy and use the WP default theme but I still get the same error when I try to edit my pages with Brizy.

I worked on my website last week and edited all of it without any problem, left it for a week without changing any plugin or doing any alterations and when I tried to edit it today, I get this message on all the pages:

    Hi J O,

Thank you for all these details. I created a private ticket on this request, could you please send us in that private ticket the WP credentials to this site? We want to check it and find a solution. You have to be informed about this private ticket on your email.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    This is WordFence issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message.

Could you please tell us where do you have this issue in Brizy WordPress or Brizy Cloud ? If it is Brizy Cloud please send the link to your website so we can see the issue. Have you encounter this problem in WordPress? Please make sure that you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.16 and Brizy  Pro 2.2.11.  Also, could you please clear the cache .

    Bestregards,

    Nelea

    Hello.

I have problems on all my sites in Brizy Wordpress and I have the latest Brizy Free downloaded. Link to my website is: test-webshop-domain.ga. I will clear the cache. But now there is no Brizy plugin installed and it says that I can't install Brizy again, because the folder already exists.

    Thanks,
    Jaka

    Hello,

I have Brizy Pro and I too have just started receiving this error message.

Has there been a resolution as of yet?

I saw it mentioned in a prior post that it may have been a Wordfence issue. However, I deactivated Wordfence and the problem remains.
