Unable to connect to netlify via github

Once I am clicking on publish site from dashboad and selecting 3rd party free hosting.

When I click on connect with netlify or any option from there - no action occurs 

 

Please help urgently.

  Hi,

  Could you please give us more details regarding this problem? Did you receive this problem on a certain project/site or for all? On what project did you receive this problem? How many pages do you have created inside the project? How big is the site?

  Hi,

   

  This is the website I configured: https://reportmonk.brizy.site 

  One page site with a form.

   

  Basically when I click on connect with Netlify button - nothing happens after that. Unable to connect to git or netlify.
