Template is not loading on Home page

Our template has stopped loading on the homepage http://support.xk3.com/.  It will load if we go into a responsive view and hit refresh.  Then it shows up correctly on every size but goes right back to no template after hitting refresh on normal view.

  This just started loading correctly yesterday afternoon and now our menu is not loading.  This all started after the last Brizy update.

  How did you create this page? How did you create and add the menu? Could you send us a screenshot from the editor mode of this page?

  I created the page in Brizy and everything has been working fine until I updated yesterday.  My menu is the menu area, but not showing up on screen anymore.

  Hi,

  Could you please check if the header block wasn't hidden from the desktop mode? For this please deactivate the hidden mode https://jmp.sh/livM5x8. Did you see the header block as blurred? If so, please go to Block options -> Settings -> More settings -> Advanced. Here you will see the "Show on desktop" option. Please activate it. See here.
  If after deactivating the hidden mode the header block doesn't appear, could you please add it again? It was the Brizy header block? Did you add it in the Saved or Global block? If it was the Brizy header and is was added in the Saved or Global blocks, you can add it again from there.

  In this case, I can suggest to re-add the header block. I'm sorry to say but Brizy can't delete or remove a block or entire page from the dashboard. I suppose that it was accidentally deleted or if it was a global block with the global condition, this condition was removed.
