Email in Brizy Cloud

Hi,

 

I have created a project under Brizy Cloud and publish it under Custom Domain (assetor.biz).
The webpage is working find and the email is capture in the "Leads".

But when I send a normal email to my domain, e.g. from gmail to my domain email (web@assetor.biz), I received notification from gmail: Delivery Incomplete.

Do I need to set anything? I want to still be able to use my domain email address (e.g. web@assetor.biz) for other purpose other than just for "Leads".

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, at the moment isn't possible to set the mail on the Custom domain hosted on Brizy Cloud. We are working in this direction but at the moment this service isn't available for Brizy Cloud.

  Hi Sandra,

  Thanks for sharing. But I managed to follow Brizy's 3rd-party Free Hosting via Github guide and configure my email sending.via improvmx.

  Hi,

  I'm sorry but we don't manage with emails and if you configured the custom email through one of our Free Hosting partners, we can't check it and found where is the problem.
