Brizy cloud account transfer

Hi,

If we published a custom domain website for a client on one of our Brizy cloud accounts and later the client wants to move out but remain with Brizy cloud. Is this possible and easily done? 

The big question, can the client keep all the website pages and transfer to a new Brizy cloud account on its own?

  Hi,

  Now, this is possible but with a little manual work. You need to invite your client in one of your sub-accounts and from there the client should save the pages as Layout and then import them into a project from his account. In the future, we will implement something more optimized in this regard but now this is the trick.

  Hi Brizy.

  Are there any updates to this and ability to migrate client away from my Brizy Cloud (they have sub account) to their own Brizy Cloud account?

  Hi Owen,

  Unfortunately, at the moment we still don't have any other option for moving the project from one account to another one. For the moment I can suggest you only this tip:

  1 - Ask your client or the next developer to create a Brizy account (if he/she won't have one);

  2 - Ask him/her to invite you as a manager in their account;

  3 - Accept the invitation;

  4 - Go to your Brizy Cloud account and sign-out and then sing-in back;

  5 - Duplicate the project you want to transfer, as it is related here;

  6 - From your account go into the client/developer subaccount and create there a new project;

  7 - Create new pages and add there all the Saved pages you duplicated from your personal subaccount
