SEO & Coding
Dear Brizy,
I have been experimenting with the latest versions Brizy & Brizy Pro Builder and I'm mighty pleased with how intuitive & beautiful the whole page designing experience is.
However, I do take SEO & good code very seriously. After designing a stunning page using Brizy Pro Builder, I deactivated both the plugins to see how the page looks without the plugins and it was a complete nightmare. I had lost almost all the design and formatting. The icons looked massive with the tiny body text.
This concerns me a lot. If for any reason in the future I need to use another plugin or service, I'm kind of stuck with keeping the brizy plugins as a lot of my pages and blog posts by then would be designed using Brizy.
So my question to you guys is - is there any solution for this?
Hope to hear soon. Thank you in advance :)
Kind Regards,
Amit Desai

Hi,
Yes, if you create a page using Brizy, this page will not be possible to e edited with another page builder or the theme builder. Also, vice versa, if you have a page edited and created with another page builder or the theme, this page/post can't be edited with Brizy.
If you deactivate the Brizy Free and Brizy Pro plugins, the pages you created with Brizy will have the content you created there but will not have the styles applied by Brizy builder. If I don't miss something but all page builder works in such away. The styles are applied by Brizy in Brizy pages, therefore it is normal behaviour to not have them anymore if you deactivate or delete the brizy plugins. These aren't issues but normal behaviour of the page builder. Thanks!

Hi Sandra,
Thanks for the prompt revert as always :)
Based on what you have mentioned above, I've much better clarity on the fact that once I design a page in Brizy & Brizy Pro, that page cannot be edited using WordPress or any other WordPress page builder.
My main concern for asking this was because there are quite a few Page Builders such as Divi & Thrive Architect which do not have this issue. If you design a page on Divi or Thrive Architect, the page can still be edited even if those plugins are uninstalled.
Please do not get me wrong. Brizy has come a long way from when it started and I absolutely love it. However, it is still a little buggy and needs improvement in some areas. I'm concerned because if I use it and for any reason and my site breaks down, I will need to recreate all the pages from Brizy using another tool or plugin.
I hope you do understand my concern.
Kind Regards,

Hi,
I'm sorry but this isn't a bug or issue. It is the right way of Brizy working. If you don't have to activate the Brizy builder you can't access the tools and all options that come with Brizy to continue creating a page with Brizy. The same happens with almost all the plugins I have tested. Just now, I tested Elementor and it seems to work the same. It is similar to editing a photo. If you don't have Photoshop or Lightroom or any other photo editor, you can't edit the image.

Hi Sandra,
Thanks for your revert. I totally get what you're saying. You're right...even Elementor seems to work like that and that's why I mentioned about Divi & Thrive Architect & not Elementor.
Never mind...I will see what I can make do of this in the best possible manner.
Thank you for all your help :)
Have a wonderful day.
Kind Regards,
Amit Desai.
