Контактная форма

Здравствуйте ! Пользуюсь пока бесплатным плагином, но возникла проблема с контактной формой. Не отправляется Email и пишет ошибку. На другом сайте все работает. Как решить вопрос ?

  Could you please inform us how did you connect the form? What publishing method did you use? Could you send us some screenshots? Also, could you please send us the URL link of the page where you receive this problem? If you don't make it public, we can delete the URL from your reply before approving it.
