I cant update my page, because of this message. I hva logged out all users via wordpress. Please help.

  Hi,

  If no other users are working on the dashboard and you receive this error, could you please inform us how often did you make an update to the page? We recommend making a page update after 10 minutes of work. If this isn't your case, could you please install a cache plugin (Autoprimize) and database optimize (Wp Optimizer) and run them? This would help you. Also, could I ask you what is the memory limit for this site?
