Problem with payment
Hello, I want to get the premium subscription. I started the checkout process, but after having inserted the credit card details, the page didn't finish to load. I see that my credit card has been charged twice, but I'm still not a premium member.
I would like to have my premium membership and get refunded for the extra payment. Please help!!

We could not find any transactions for this email. Please write directly to our payment processor Paddle at help@paddle.com and add alex@brizy.io in cc. They can check transactions according to your card details or other options.
btw: did you use this email at checkout or another one?
