Header logo doesnt display fully

Hi,

 

I am just wondering why my header logo isn't displayed as it is.

In Safari, it is completely fine, although the Favicon doesn't change. I am also wondering why the favicon doesn't change.

In Chrome, the image in the logo disappears, but the Favicon works fine.
