Activechat on Brizy
Hi Support,
I am facing issues while installing Activechat bot on my website - admanagency.com
I contacted Activechat support. And here is their reply -
"As far as I can see, ActiveChat's request to your website is being aborted due to the error 403 which indicates that access to the requested resource is forbidden for some reason. I would suggest trying whitelisting the ActiveChat domain via your server host, checking the SSL protocol of your website, and also checking if there are no external plugins interfering with the widget's script on your site."
Pl help or guide me for this.
Thanks.

Hi,
How did you add the Activechat bot in the Brizy Cloud? Could you please give us more details about it? AT the moment in brizy Cloud isn't possible to add a WP plugin. You can add a script from some services in the Header or Footer of the site, or you can add the script in the embed code inside a page.
Thanks!
Best regards,

I just tested it on Brizy cloud's test project. https://papaya3920451.brizy.site/
The chatbot script is working on it.
Also these are not Wordpress plugins. These are embeddable scripts.

Hi Rajesh,
Thank you for all these details! We investigated both sites and both codes and we didn't find some inconveniences. We noticed that you have to generate a special code for a single site, therefore we can't copy the same script and add it to our test sites to check it. In this case, could I ask you if you can, to create another script for the entire https://www.admanagency.com/ site? Did you generate the script for entire site or for a specific page? Did you make the same for https://papaya3920451.brizy.site/ site?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0
