Hello, it's been 24 hours since the ssl certificate is not activated I do not understand where the problem comes from

  Hi,

  Could you please send us the URL link of the site you receive this problem? If you don't want to make it public, please let us know and we will hide it before approving. Also, could you please check if you set-up only one Cname record and one A record? Some of our users that have this problem, set-up 2 Cname records and/or 2 A records or AAAA record, which is not correct. If you have set the AAAA record, could you please delete it?

  Hi,

  from what I see you have two A records for this domain: https://jmp.sh/q2KFdKo please delete the second A record so that only the Brizy IP remains. Also, please make sure you have added the CNAME record as I don't see it.

  There is an AAAA record that should be deleted, in your DNS settings:

  transformacionmental.com. 3600 IN AAAA 2607:f1c0:100f:f000::2b8

  Please, delete this record. The SSL certificate will be generated in a couple of minutes.

  Hi,
  I have a problem with a website i formerly had a Wordpress site active. I deleted all wp files. Then exported html from Brizy cloud website.
  Now there is still SSL certificat from Lets Encrypt.
  When a visitor who visites the Wordpress site before revisies the site there is a 404. And a message it is not safe.
  On another computer and phone IT loads good.
  The cache i deleted and on incognito mode the 404 still shows.
  Any solution here?

  Hi Jos,

  A possible reason why sometimes SSL shows and sometimes it does not could be because you have two AAAA records associated with your domain. https://jmp.sh/V3ohL1A

  Since you are hosting with Stichting DIGI NL by Vimexx Shared, probably the second AAAA record could be the right one. You could delete the first AAAA record from your domain and check if the problem resolves.
