    Hi,

If you use the Table of Content plugin and you receive this problem, unfortunately in these new updates we didn't fix this problem. As Natalia said in the post you attached here, we plan to release the fix for this problem in the next 2-3 updates. It is a bit complex and complicated issue and we need a bit more time to solve it and be sure that all is working fine.

If you don't use this plugin, all typography styling should be displayed in the preview. The same with bold and italic text. A little problem we have when on the H1-H6 from the post you also add the link but it is related to the problem we have with Table of Content plugin.

Regarding line break problem - did you use the Post Content element or do you use the #Post content tag? We recommend using the Post Content element.

Let us know if we can help you with something else.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

We do not use Table of Content plugin, and I have tried with both the tag and element, and the line breaks do not work with either.

The formatting of h1-h6 works just fine for us, it is just the line breaks and bold formatting that do not work. I can get bold formatting to work with CSS, so mainly the issue is the line breaks.

    Hi, Kent,

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce the problem you encounter. See here. And here you can see how I designed the template for all posts.

Could you please check if you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.0.14 and Brizy Pro 2.0.7? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same problem?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Everything is up-to-date, I have tried deactivating all other plugins, and changing to default twenty nineteen theme. We are seeing this happen on multiple sites. Let me know if I can provide a login for you to take a look.

I really appreciate your help with this. I'm stumped! Thanks!

    Hi Kent,

Now, we have the 2.1.5 version for Brizy Free and the 2.1.3 for Brizy Pro. Yes, I notice that you said that the plugins are updated but could you please confirm you have activated these versions? In this period we made a lot of improvements and updates and we want to be sure regarding this.
Also, could you please confirm you are using the Post Content element?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Those are the versions we are running. I also can confirm that we are using the post content element and not the #post content text.

    Hi,

I was informed that this problem appeared on some users, especially those who have activated the Autoptimize plugin. Do you have this plugin activated?
If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same problem?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Yes, I have tried deactivating all other plugins, and changing to Twenty Nineteen theme. The same problem was happening. We are not using Autoptimize on the site. We have a few other sites that this is happening on too. I have tried the same thing there. None of them use Autoptimize and I have tried deactivating all other plugins, making sure everything is up to date, and using the twenty nineteen theme. Please let me know if you need a temporary login to further investigate! :)

    Hi,

Thank you for all these details!
I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
