Contact form problem

I am trying to edit the contact form on my site:

lindalecommunitytrust.org.uk

and it does not work. All I get is the rotating (loading) icon - see below:

 

I get the same when I click on the 'Apps' tab.

The site is managed on Siteground but hosted on Brizy Cloud (Custom Domain).

  If I need to make it so that you can have a look at the settings for my siteground account which email address for you should I use? i.e to add you as a Client?

  So you don't need to check the DNS settings are correct?

  Hi,

  I don't think this is related to your DNS settings. Most likely it is something specific only for this project and if you add a new project, the contact form will work well. We need a little more time to find the cause. I'll be back with a message when I get an update from the developers.

  Seems to be working now. Please let me know what the problem was so that I can avoid this happening again in the future!

  Hi,

  There are certain conditions in which this happens but it's because of Brizy. We will add a fix in future updates so this scenario will no longer lead to a problem.
