    We checked the domain and found that you added the AAAA record and for this reason, the site doesn't have the SSL certificate. Could you please delete the AAAA record?

    I had our hosting service delete the duplicate A (@) Record. What is my next step to get the SSL Certficate in place?

    Hi,

    If you have only one Cname record and one A record and deleted the AAAA record, the SSL certificate will be applied in the 48 hours.

    Under my DNS records for the site, on ipage, I do see two CNAME records, would this cause an issue?

    No, these Cname records can't generate this SSL problem. Could you please send us a screenshot with all records (DNS tab) you have for this domain?
