I would like to add that I use the Blocksy theme, which is normally fully compatible with Brizy.

    Hi,

Could you please check if you have the latest version of the theme and theme's plugins? If you don't have them and now you updated them, could you please clean the site cache and check again if this problem is still displaying? If you still found this problem, could you please temporary deactivate the theme and check if this problem continues to happen?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

A huge thank you for you! Indeed, when I have my ARMEMBER plugin activated, I no longer have access to my library!

I have to deactivate it each time. Actually, it's fine for now.

On the other hand, an old key that I removed from BRIZY PRO can't be removed anymore. When I click on deactivate, it remains blocked in my plugin.

Despite the fact that I removed both brizy plugin, and reinstall, the key is still blocked. This annoys me a lot because I can't enjoy brizy pro on my site anymore because of this.

    Could you enlighten me? Thanks

    Hi,

Thank you for your update! We are happy to hear that now the problem is solved.

Regarding the license key - do you have the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.0.14 and Pro 2.0.7? Could I ask you why do you want to remove the key? Why you can't enjoy Brizy because of this? Could you try to go to your Brizy account and disable and delete the actual key of this site? After this try to generate a new license and activate it on the site.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately when I didn't know where the problem was coming from, I deleted the key from my personal account which was linked to my website. And when I tried to delete the key, it didn't work. I may press "disable" many times, the page reloads but nothing happens. I tried several times to delete brizy completely (pro and normal) and it didn't change anything.

Knowing that I deleted the key from my person account, now the key blocked on my site is invalid.

I use the latest versions of brizy free and pro.

    Thanks for your support

    Hi,

If you deleted the key from the Brizy account, could you try to generate a new license and assign it to the site? After this, open the license, copy it and go to the WP dashboard. from there go to Brizy -> Settings -> License and click on the "Deactivate". After this try to paste the new license.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

As I told you, it doesn't work. The disable button does not work. When I click on it, it refreshes the page and the code still gets stuck. I don't know what to do anymore.

    Hi,

I created a private ticket on this request. Could you please send us in that private ticket the WP credentials and the license key to this site?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
