Cannot find the popup

Hi,

we have a popup that was built using brizy. 
It is loading when someone reaches the website and tries to leave.
We need to edit this to change the conditions.

But when we go to the popups section, there is no popups?

  Could you please give us some more details about this pop-up? How did you create it? Where did you create it? Could you please give us the URL link of the site where we can see this pop-up?

  Hi,

  Could you please ask that team how did they create this external pop-up? In Saved blocks, the pop-up can be for different reasons. For example, after creating the pop-up they added it in the Saved blocks. Therefore, will be useful if you will ask them, how did they create this Pop-up.

  Do you have the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.0.14 and Brizy Pro 2.0.7?

  Hi, Stefan,

  Unfortunately, we can't find from CSS this pop-up. We encounter that it can be inside the page but we can't see on what element or in what place it is added or how it was created. If we would have access to the site, we could investigate it a bit more.
