Contact form with WordPress option not working

Hello there,

 

I configured the mail settings for the contact form but it i'm not receiving mails while it says the email was sent successfully. I'll try to explain step by step.

Step 1: I filled in the information (because privacy I changed the Email To and From Email in the picture below).

Step 2: I clicked on Continue

Step 3: I filled in the custom template (I also tried it without, but still not receiving mail).

Step 4: I went to my page and filled in the form and sent it. I see the message that the email was sent successfully.

 

But I do not receive mails...

 

Could you please help me?

  Hi Joris,

  Thank you for this detailed message. Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy version - Free 2.0.14 and PRO 2.0.7?? Have you checked the Spam folder? Are your messages recorded in the Leads section in Brizy: https://jmp.sh/H4N24JQ ? Have you checked another contact form plugin and messages are being sent? It could be a server issue.

  Hi Alex,

  I confirm that I have the latest Brizy version - Free 2.0.14 and PRO 2.0.7. My messages are indeed recorded in the Leads section in Brizy. I checked with Contact Form 7 and see the message that it sent but don't receive mail. Is this a server issue? If so, could you point me into a direction to solve it?

  Hi,

  you need to get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them about this. Maybe the PHP mail() function is disabled.
