Brizy Pro Contact

We purchased a Lifetime Access to Themefuse in 2017 and have been advised that we have two years of BrizyPro that contains our theme (The Advisors). However, when I click on the contact to request Brizy Pro, I get an error message. Secondly, apparently, we need to rebuild the site because the required PHP update will not work with the Core Child Theme and is causing a Fatal Error. We are really in a pickle here. Can you help with these two matters?  I can send screen shots and/or attachments of my Themefuse dashboard and invoice if needed. Thank You!

  Hi,

  Yes, for you as the ThemeFuse user we can add in your Brizy account the license for Brizy Pro for using 2 years. For this, we need the email of ThemeFuse account and the email of Brizy account. Could you please send them to us? Also, I want to inform you that inside the Brizy we have the design of the Advisors theme in Layouts and you will be able to create new pages and use these designs but unfortunately, you will not be able to edit or customize with Brizy pages that are already created with The Core and Unyson.
