Hover effect doesnt work on Tablet and Mobile

Hi,

 

I am just wondering why the hover effect and some css styling doesnt work on mobile and tablet?

Any ideas?

  Hi,

  Yes, the hover effect for tablet and mobile devices isn't set because in most of the cases these devices have a touch screen but hover effect is mostly user for mouse over that is available for desktop devices.

  Could I ask you what other CSS styling doesn't work on mobile and tablet mode?
