Global Header & Global Footer not showing on all pages
Dear Brizy,
I installed Brizy (2.0.13) & Brizy Pro (2.0.6) plugins a few days back. Loving it so far. :)
I use the WPAstra Pro theme (the latest version of it as well).
I created a global header and footer using the Brizy Pro builder and also added an include condition to make it work across the entire site.
However, my pages which were already created using the regular WordPress editor do not seem to get the new global header and footer.
I also re-created the blog page using brizy builder and assigned the new page to be the blog page for my site. However when I tried to make any changes to that new page, I got the following error:
"Sorry, Brizy could not load
Your theme must use the the_content filter in order for Brizy to work"
Luckily my website is pretty small and new. [ https://amitdesaihq.com ]
As you are already aware, I'm having the latest version of the WPAstra theme & the Brizy & Brizy Pro plugins.
Kindly suggest how I can assign a global header and footer to all the Pages and Posts throughout the entire site without recreating all of them from scratch using Brizy. Kindly suggest a solution to the above with regards to the blog page as we
Hope to hear from you guys soon.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards,
Amit Desai.

Hi, Amit,
Yes, at the moment, the global blocks can be displayed only in Brizy pages. Therefore, if you set a global block to display on all pages, it will not display on the non-Brizy pages. We are working to make the global blocks to be displayed on all pages even if it isn't created with Brizy but at the moment it is working in such away.
Regarding the Blog page - if you edited the Blog page with Brizy, it isn't recommended to set it in WordPress as Post page because the content you created in brizy editor will not be displayed. As you know, the Posts Page is the Blog page of the site and in such a way you indicate what page to set as the Blog Page. The Blog page is a something like a predefined page in WordPress and WordPress set for it one certain template. This page can't be edited directly in Pages with Brizy. For this reason, when you try to edit that page with Brizy you don't see in the preview all those modifications. Therefore, if you want to edit the Posts page with Brizy, I suggest deactivating Brizy builder on the Posts page (from Pages) and creating a template for this page. In the display conditions, you should have "Include -> Blog/Posts Page". Inside the template, you have to add all the elements that you need (but I suggest using the Archive element because it will display all posts from all category).
Thanks!

Hi, Sandra,
Thank you so much for the prompt revert. Really appreciate it very much.
Any ETA on the Global Blocks to be displayed on all pages? Even a tentative one would be reassuring.
Based on the above suggestions, I'm finding it a bit confusing with regards to the blog page. I'm not very tech friendly so kindly excuse me for that.
Could it be possible to share a short video / screen recording on the above as to how I can achieve that? If there's an existing video on youtube that would also do.
Thank you and hope to hear soon. :)
Kind Regards,
Amit

Hi,
Unfortunately, I can't say the ETA when we will release the option for displaying Brizy globals blocks on all pages. We are still working on this functionality.
Regarding the Blog page - on YouTube, we have a video that will help you to create the Blog page and posts with Brizy. Here is that video. It is a complex and useful video and shows one method to design the Blog page. Another method can be this:
1 - Create a new page and don't edit it with Brizy https://jmp.sh/DsGWahl;
2 - Set it in the Settings -> reading as Posts page https://jmp.sh/TA7LDHA;
3 - Go to the Brizy -> Templates -> Add new and create a new Brizy template for Blog;
4 - Add in the Display Condition Archive Include - Posts page https://jmp.sh/2kM3z1v;
5 - Inside the template add the elements you want to display and after this click on Update.Thanks!
Best regards,

Hi Jeroen,
Unfortunately, at the moment, we don't have an ETA for the functionality that will allow the Brizy block to display on all pages even on the non-Brizy pages.
Best regards,

Hello Sandra,
I must commend the great Job the brizy team is doing
any ETA for the feature to allow brizy header show on non-brizy page?
I think this feature is very very important especially when you're building a multisite page with many components working together, the header and footer gives the website consistency.
Thank you.
