Login widget redirect to /wp-login.php?

Hello! 

It seems the login widget is redirecting the user to wp-login.php with a wrong password or username inserted.

Is it possibile to just show an error message asking the user to try again?

  Hi,

  Yes, it is the right way of working for the Log-in element. It is working on the WP admin and username. If you have opened the WP dashboard in another tab, the page will recognize you and will not display the log-in form. Also, in case that you insert the wrong password, it redirects you on the default WP log-in to enter the right username or/and password. 
  But, thank you for your suggestion, I will inform our managers regarding this and they will investigate it.
