Editor Wont load
I am using the current pro version, along with WP core and all plugins up to date. I have tested the problem in Firefox and Chrome. It is behaving the same.
I have been working in the code for about an hour, then suddenly Brizy said it needed to refresh and would not let me continue. I refreshed but now I can not edit any pages on the site.
I see a "something went wrong" button and the loading icon. (all pages, not just the one I was working on)
I am new to using Brizy and am seeing other issues. I don't know if they are bugs, limitations or expected behavior. It's frustrating.
I am copy and pasting text from an editor in to a new language version of a page using Polylang. I am not modifying the layout at all.
Sometimes when I copy and paste I lose formatting of the current element. Sometimes I dont.
Buttons will not allow me to paste text.
On text or buttons, there is no option to underline text.
The undo functionality is random. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it will undo changes not on the current element, but the prior one I was working on.

Let's take them one by one:
"something went wrong": we need to inspect this. I have created a private ticket for you so please send your login details there and we will look into it.
"copy and paste text": if you copy the text from a Brizy element and paste it into a Brizy element, no formatting problems should occur. But if you copy the text from other sites or other editors, stylization problems could occur. We have this on the to-do list and we will fix it soon.
"Buttons will not allow me to paste text.": yes, it is not possible to do that now. But we have this on the to-do list.
"The undo functionality is random": it's strange but I can't give you a possible cause because this needs to be reproduced and inspected.

Hi Alex,
I am having the same experience as "something went wrong" issue with Brizy on 3 different client websites. I have updated all the supporting plugins and to no avail. Now we just have a spinning wheel of death anytime we go in and try to update a page.
Can we get a support ticket as well, even though we're using the Free Version?

Hi Angela,
If the problem is due to Brizy we will fix it whether you have the Free or Premium version :)
But first, please confirm you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins.

I have done everything that I can do on my end to fix it, including disabling plugins. Unfortunately, it is the same for all of my client sites. It's been a cumbersome problem to deal with. I also identified 2 more client sites that use Brizy that are experiencing the same issue. Just not sure what to do.
