Error 404 creating a template

Hi, 

I want to create a new brizy template but I cannot. When I edit it I receive a 404 error, can you help me please?

  Hi, Gera,

  Yes, we know about this problem. It was an incompatibility problem with the Blocksy theme but with the help from collaboration with Blocksy team, this problem is already fixed. I update the theme and theme's plugin, made a refresh and deleted the cache and all started to work fine. Could you please check and confirm this, please?

  Hi,

  I have the same problem, I cannot open my site that I have published, when i click edit, it gives a 404 error.

  Hi,

  Could you please give us more details about your site and this problem? Do you create the site in Brizy Cloud or in the WordPress environment with the Brizy plugin? How do you receive this problem? When you access the live site or when you try to open the editor or in another case? When do you find this error? What were your previous actions on the site? 

  If you receive this problem in Brizy Cloud, how did you publish the site? Could you please send us the URL link of the site https://jmp.sh/NDj8G3w?

  If it is happening in the WordPress environment, could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.8 and Brizy Pro 2.2.5 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme?
