Save layout option not working

When I click on save layout, it just keeps spinning endlessly and layout is not saved.

WP version 5.5.1

Brizy Version 2.0.13

Brizy Pro Version 2.0.6

I checked by deactivating all other plugins but the problem remains as it is.

  Hi,

  Could I ask you what browser did you use? We have encountered this problem on the Safari browser and our team are working to fix it. Could you please try using Chrome browser?

  Hi,

  Ok, thank you for your feedback. Could you temporary deactivate all external plugins and activate a WP default theme? We can't reproduce the problem you encounter and here can be a plugin or theme incompatibility.

  I'm having the same problem on Brizy Cloud. I created 2 pop-ups.  I click 'Update".. but the updates dont show on my public website.  So I click save layout b/c I saw it was showing the older version... but it keeps spinning, and the saved layout never updates to whats loaded in the page builder.  

  This has been going on for over a week. Ive triend in both Safari and Chrome.  It never updates.  Please assist.

  Okay, so I did some experimentation and found that save layout keeps spinning endlessly when I try to save layout of a blog post in which I have embedded images and/or videos. It won't save even if I remove the images and video links.

  It works only when I create fresh blocks that don't have any images and/or videos embedded in it and save layout before uploading image or embedding a video. As soon as I upload an image or embed a video, it will stop working and start spinning endlessly until I delete that block (just removing the image/video won't solve the problem).

  Hi Sandra, the live site is here: https://academy.idealstudent.com .. and that's the link from the Brizy site as well.  The issue is with the Pop Up on the Contact us Button on the Live site - not the actual Website.  

  I styled the Contact Pop-up different in the cloud account, but every time I try to click Save Layout for the  the Contact Pop Up - it just spins .. I also clicked Update button - it updates when I leave the page and come back in - but it never updates the Saved Pop-up layout.

  How do I get the actual version I see on Brizy Cloud to Update /Save Layout - so I see changes on Website?

  @lcvnazoxdkiknokrwitbc Who is your hosting provider? Recently we released a new update for Brizy Free 2.0.14 and Brizy Pro 2.0.7. Do you have these versions? Also, could you please check if you temporary deactivate all external plugins and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same problem? Also, could you please send us the URL of the site? Thanks!

  @Veatrice Glenn Could you please give us mere details about how did you created this site https://academy.idealstudent.com? Did you created it and after this published with Server Sync on the WordPress site?

  My hosting provider is namecheap.
  Yes I have both of these updated versions of brizy free and brizy pro.
  I've already tried deactivating all plugins to see if the issue fixes, however, I'm reluctant to change my theme from Astra to WP default because it can hurt my SEO.
  Right now I'm saving layouts by using the technique I have mentioned in my earlier post.

  @lcvnazoxdkiknokrwitbc Thank you for the URL link. At the moment we have a problem with the images on sites hosted on NameCheap. We encounter that the problem you reported is elated to this problem too. This isn't a Brizy problem but we already collaborated with NameCheap to solve this problem and they promise us that they will release the fix and will solve this problem on each server. Therefore, we send your URL link to them to solve this problem. When we will receive a notification from them, we will inform you too!

  Hi Sandra,

  I did it multiple ways.

  I had it on a different server.  And initially, I installed it using Server Sync.

  Then I moved the domain to a differernt server - with an actual WordPress install.  For that scenario, I took the layout I created on the Cloud and saved the layout  Then went into my Wordpress install and loaded the Save layout.  (The Save Layout use to work in the beginning).  So I'm no longer using the Server Synch I used initially, when I pushed it to the first server.  I just design on the cloud, save the layout and then pull it into the WordPress site.  Now when I try to do Save Layout on that same site, it just spins.

  I also created a new site on the cloud only (no synch used), https://blackcurrant3856943.brizy.site.  I've been trying to save the layout so I can use it on one of my WordPress installs, but it just keeps spinning.  This has been happening for over a week.

  So it spins when I try to Save Layout for Website and it spins when I try to Save Layout for Pop Ups - this is happening on Brizy Cloud.

  This is very frustrating.

  Thank you for your attention to this, I appreciate it.

  Just to be clear, this is happening on Brizy Cloud.  I'm not able to save the Website Pop Layout or the Website Layout on Brizy Cloud.  If your go into this site on Brizy Cloud

  And click save layout, it just spins.  I have been trying to save that layout for over a week, and it wont save on brizy Cloud.  

  I also tried to save ui style updates to the Website Pop I sent originally and it wont save on Brizy Cloud eihter.

  So I don't think my wp credentials will assist with this, when the issue is the Save Layout is not working on Brizy Cloud.

  Please clarify.

  My colleague Natalia already send you a reply in the private ticket we created for you (ticket number 9412) regarding the problem you encounter on the project from Brizy Cloud. In this week we plan to release a global fix for this problem but we asked our developers to check this problem to avoid some confusions. When we will receive some notification from them we will inform you too.
