We already validated your account. Could you please check if all is working fine now? For checking, please sing-out from Brizy Cloud account, clean the browser cache, sign in back to your Brizy Cloud account and check if all is working fine.

I have the same issue that when I clicked Send Validation Link it redirect to Account/profile section and when I re-input my email, nothing happened? Re-login doesn't work murray[at]murray.tw thanks!

Hi,
After you click on the "Send validation Link", you have to go to your email which you used for creating Brizy account. There, you have to find a message from Brizy, you have to open it and find the "Validate" button and click on it. You can try again doing this and if the account will not be validated, let us know and we will validate manually your account. For this, we will need the email of your Brizy account. Is it murray[at]murray.tw?

There is nothing from Brizy in my mailbox include the trash can. I tried many times with different browsers, it just doesn't work at all. Yes, I signed up brizy using murray[at]murray.tw

Also, I want to add that this isn't a bug bu a method to validate Brizy Cloud users to avoid some problems and issue in the system.
