    Could you please open the Network when you have opened the Brizy editor and check if you receive this error https://jmp.sh/PcvTQNF? If you receive this, could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check this issue?

    I've sent you a couple of messages to your email, and unfortunately no replies from your side.

    I've contacted Zendesk team and they told me that your messages didn't arrive in our email address, therefore, I don't have them in zendesk platform.

    I really need to update my website so I'd like to ask you for your honest opinion - would it be better to create it from scratch (with another website builder) or will be there any solution of the issue in the near future? You can disapprove this comment and reply just with 1 (from scratch) or 2 (...), I just need to know. Thank you.

    We wrote to you 3 private tickets for you to send us the CPanel credentials because we need to check some files from there in order to provide with a solution or help you somehow but we didn't receive any response. I will create one more private ticket and please send us there the Cpanel credentials. You have to receive a notification on your email regarding this private ticket.

    I'm not going to waste my time by screenshootting our communication. You can see reply of Natalia Chitoroaga from 29.10.2020, it's her reaction to my (by agreement disapproved) comment, in which I shared my cPanel credentials with you directly here (after x tries to pass it to you by email). So you can't say you don't have it, I wasted lot of my time by trying to share my cPanel credentials with you (your team) and now you tell me that I'm the wrong one here?

    I'm sorry for the last reply. I told with Natalia and she said that in shot time she will inform you with more details regarding the problem you encounter.
    In the meantime, could you please update the Brizy Free and Pro to the new versions? It will help to solve the problem you show us in the screenshot. At the moment we have the 2.1.4 version for Brizy Free and the 2.1.2 for Brizy Pro.
