Hamburger menu not working on mobile
My hamburger menu seems to not be working at the moment, at least on Android that I can tell as I do not have an Apple to check it from.

Hi,
Yes, I could reproduce the problem you report. Could you please check if you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.0.13 and Brizy Pro 2.0.6? If you temporary deactivated all external plugins and activate a WP default theme, did you encounter this problem?
Thanks!
Best regards,

I checked this site and i see that this issue was resolved. Did it turn out to be a plugin issue? If not, what was the solution?
I am experiencing the same problem on https://pionairs.ca
The menu works fine on desktop and tablet but not on mobile.0 -
Hi Glenn,
I noticed that the Header and Menu from your site aren't created in the Brizy but are from the theme, therefore it isn't related to Brizy. Could you please check in the theme settings what is going wrong there? Also, could you please create a non-Brizy page and check how is displayed the menu there?
Thanks!

Hi there,
I have the same issue with my website. Hamburger menu (no matter if header or footer) is working only sporadically on mobile device (iOS). Brizy is updated to latest version.
Also the sticky menu isn't shown on mobile device. The website is: http://test1.jungelistestuttgart.de
Do you have any suggestions?
Best,
Jo

Hi,
Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.7 and Brizy Pro 2.2.3 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? We checked the site on the simulator and all worked fine but on the real iOS phone, all worked fine in the first interaction. On the second one, appears the problem you reported. We suppose that this can be caused by the cache plugin that minifies the code. Could you please check this?
Thanks!

Hi Sandra,
Latest versions of Brizy Free & Pro are installed.
After deactivating all plugins and activating a default theme, it's possible to click the hamburger menu (header&footer) on mobile device.
So I simply have to install another cache plugin?
Best,
Jo

Hi there, Brizy team,
I am facing the same issue with my site Enloya | The Legal Marketplace.
The menu is now showing in the mobile version.
I am using Brizy cloud.
Many thanks for your assistance.
