critical error on website

Upon logging in to /wp-admin, I received - "There has been a critical error message on your website".

After following the 'WP_DEBUG', true instruction in WordPress, I now get the following:

Warning: include_once(/home/noiseno1/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-base.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/noiseno1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/editor/project.php on line 5

Warning: include_once(): Failed opening '/home/noiseno1/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-base.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php72/root/usr/share/pear') in /home/noiseno1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/editor/project.php on line 5

Fatal error: Class 'WP_Filesystem_Base' not found in /home/noiseno1/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 16

With my limited knowledge of computers I was able to find the project files but don't know how to read or resolve the error.

PLEASE HELP!!

  Hi,

  From the message you send us, I suppose that the problem is in theme or WordPress instalation. The first two messages are warnings but the last one is the fatal error and it indicates to class-wp-filesystem-direct.php which is a WP file. Could you please activate a WP default theme and deactivate the Brizy Free and Brizy Pro and check if you will continue to have the same error? Also, could you please make sure if you have the latest WP version?
