Projects disappeared in Brizy Cloud. Sites and projects gone.
Projects disappeared from Brizy cloud.
After logging into Brizy Cloud, one of the projects as totally disappeared along with the sites/popups
I logged in hoping to publish the site, and the whole project has gone.
I hope it can be restored.

Hi,
I'm sorry but Brizy Cloud can't delete or hide some projects by itself. Do you have a link of that site? If the project was created in the guest account, I'm sorry to say but it will not be able to restore. The guest account was made for testing the Brizy features and options and not for creating live sites.
Best regards,

Hi Sandra,
You say a site can't delete itself, but there are enough posts with the exact same problem.
The project did show up against the other project that I have in my account. If it is possible to be working on a site (For quite some time) and then inadvertently be logged in a guest account, and then the project shows alongside the other project making one to believe the site is backed up, then that is an issue that needs resolving, as there are a number of posts with sites that have disappeared. Regardless, I have found a link to the site, have you an email address to send the link?
Thanks,
Jeff

Hi,
Could you please send us the URL link of the site you don't find in your account? If you don't want to make it public, let us know and we will hide it before approving your reply.
Thanks!

Hi Sandra,
I do not wish to make the site public. The site address is ***

Hi, Jeff,
We encounter that the project you share us is located on another account on the and***an@gmail.com one. Could you please check it?
Thanks!

You are a star (I'm an idiot!) I can now see what caused the confusion in that I was using 2 different email accounts. Simply put, I was logging into the wrong account..the dashboard may look similar, but the sites certainly aren't, and off course, the site has not been deleted as you said.. "Brizy Cloud can't delete sites or projects by itself"
Lesson learned. Sorry for wasting your time. I hold my head in shame for not seeing the obvious. Even though, I hold my head in shame, truth to be told I would have been scratching my head for some time thinking what happened to the site if you never pointed me in the right direction. Thanks for your help, it is really appreciated!
Many Thanks,
Jeff
