brizy was officially launched or am I still in time to refund a license purchased in July?

  Yes, we already officially launched the Brizy https://www.brizy.io/brizy-theme-builder/, therefore for Lifetime users (earlier adopters), the 30 days money back started counting from the day we officially launched Brizy. For Personal and Studio license the 30 days refund starts from the day the license was purchased.
