    Hi, Maria,

Thank you for your interest in Brizy. I will try to respond in detail to all your questions.

1 - Yes, when you activate the WhiteLabel option and set Brizy with your own name, then in the Plugin list, you will no see the Brizy Free and Brizy Pro. At the moment, we have improved the WhiteLabel and hide the brizy name from the editor but in code, if you go to the source HTML of the page you will find the name Brizy. We plan to improve this aspect too but it is a very complex and complicated process.

Yes, when you want to update the Brizy plugins, you have to insert these variables /?brizy_enable_wl=true right after /wp-admin/ and after this, you will see in the Plugins list the Brizy Free and Pro and therefore you will be able to update plugins. Yes, we plan to release something like auto-update but I can't say when we will release it.

2 - Yes, we have the Aweber integration added in our list. https://trello.com/c/2YOP4EZa/28-appsumo-more-integrations Unfortunately, I can't say when we will release a new bunch of form integration but we are working on them.

Yellow Pencil plugin -  we added some compatibilities with this plugin and all should work fine. If you will encounter some problem please inform us regarding this.

3 - At the moment we don't have this on our list but could you please give us some more details about this feature request?

4 - Yes, in Brizy Pro, you can create a Brizy template for 404 error page, blog page, posts, etc. You also can activate the Maintenance mode and design the "Comming soon" or "Maintenance" page.

5 - Here you can find the full list of themes we recommend using with Brizy.

6 - In Brizy Pro, we have the Gallery element but we can use also an external plugin for this like that you show us. I recommend investigating if that plugin offers you the possibility to export the created gallery into the Shortcode or Embed code because you can use it in brizy only through these options. You will copy the shortcode or embed code and will place it in the Shortcode or respectively in the Embed element in the Brizy page.

7 - At the moment we don't have the Funnels in Brizy Cloud but we are working on it and in the next updates we will launch it. When we will release it, we will come with more details regarding it.

8 - If they say that they are compatible with Brizy this means that it is so. In case that you will encounter some problem in running this plugin with Brizy, you can contact them and ask them about the problem you encounter.

9 - Yes, we have compatibility with Yoast Seo plugin. If you encounter some problem you can inform us regarding this and we will help you.

10 - Yes, you are right, we are using the Paddle payment service. At the moment you can create the payment pages but you will need to add the link to the payment processor into a button from that page. At the moment it isn't possible to process the payment directly from Brizy pages.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Thanks Sandra for the information but still some small doubts that I want to clarify.

1- I hope it's the appearance of the source html page and Brizy's automatic update in white label arrives soon.
To buffer this situation I would like to know if Brizy is compatible with this plugin https://www.wp-hide.com/
In addition to increasing the level of security, it hides plugins and themes.

2- Aweber: ok we are happy to know that you have included in your road map.
Ok Plugin Yellow Pencil. Can you report me other Plugins for custom ccs compatible with Brizy?

3- Webinar services: for example Zoom, through direct integration it is possible to have people register for the webinar on our site without adding html codes that often generate incompatibility with the theme in the various mobile versions.

4 and 5 ok for the themes

6 - Ok for Gallery plugin

7 - Ok for Funnel Builder I hope this can integrate with wordpress

8 - Ok we opened a ticket with them

9- We didn't understand how to create a blog post with Brizy and how to set up Yoast Seo. Can you give me more info.

10- Do you are planning to create a payment page with Brizy like those of SamCart or ThriveCart?

    I await your info
    Thank you

    Maria

    Hi,

1 - We didn't test the compatibility with Brizy and this plugin but also didn't receive some inconveniences from our users regarding this problem. You can try it and if you will found a problem you can ask them or us regarding it.

2 - I can't recommend other plugins for custom CSS. In Brizy Pro, you can add directly the Custom CSS code you need for a certain element. See here.

3 - At the moment we don't have such feature in our lists but I will inform our team regarding this.

9 - In this video, you can find how to create a blog post with Brizy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cWJEetL4f-s&list=PLSWJ3G5dn_5hT5lolM6QF9zFX7aZv2S8J&index=6

10 - Yes, we plan to integrate some payments in Brizy.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hi Sandra thanks for the information.

This weekend we worked with Brizy and tested the themes you reported to us.
At the moment the theme that has given us the best performance is Astra.
However when we synchronize with Managewp.com in the Optimization section we noticed that on the site where Brizy and Astra are installed, we need to clean the Cache.

    Here is a screenshot : https://prntscr.com/uxntfy

The other sites are made with Elementor and Generatepress but they never get interested in this aspect.
Can you tell me if there is a particular configuration of Brizy to avoid this aspect.
Our Hosting is Siteground and we use their SG supercache plugin

2- We figured out where to insert css in Brizy. We wanted to know if there are any other Brizy-compatible CSS Plugin Editor Builders.

3- We saw your video and figured out how to create a Post Layout with Brizy pro and dynamic content.

We understood that if we create a Layout with Brizy for all posts it will be applied to all posts or to a category of Posts.

And in this case the text will be in the basic wordpress editor so the Seo Yoast plugin will take the text and give us useful information to improve SEO.
If, on the other hand, we create a Post with Brizy Editor, the text will not be highlighted by the Seo Yoast Plugin because the Post text is in Brizy's editor and not in the Classic Editor or in Gutenberg.

So we want to have 3 confirmations
If we want to improve the Seo look with the Seo Yoast plugin:

    - we must use Classic or Gutenberg Editor
    - or must create a Layout with Brizy and with dynamic contents and then insert the text always in the Classic Editor or Gutenberg so that the Seo Yoast Plugin can read and evaluate our article. It's correct?

The only thing we can do in pages and posts created only with Brizy is to enter a title and description in the Seo Yoast Plugin settings. It's correct?

We want to know if Brizy prefers the Classic editor or Gutenberg or if you have noticed incompatibility with one of the 2 editors.

4- In Brizy Pro White Label can we change the link “Go to Dashboard” and "Plugin settings"?
It is possible to hide these entries depending on the user role (admin, author, collaborator)

    Here is a screenshot : https://prntscr.com/uxntmk

5- On some sites we use the WishList Member plugin
WishList Member provides ShortCodes to make content visible only to members of a certain level and to hide the same content from other members with a different membership level.

Do these ShortCodes work in Brizy's sections?

    6- Save Layout:
We created a page with Brizy and saved it as Layout. Then we were able to import the Layout which we saved on another site.Fantastic super fast!

    Our reflection is this:

1- it was not possible to assign a name to our Layout. Now if you have 1 or 2 Layouts ok, but if you have 20 it becomes difficult to find the right one.
So, do you plan to improve the search for saved layouts.?
Do you think to allow to give a name to the Layout that we save?

7- Funnel Builder: We have already talked about this feature in previous messages and my boss asks me for some info

Would we be able to build funnels, save them in Brizy Cloud and transfer them to other domains? And on other Wordpress sites?

    I await your info

    Hi, Maria,

1 - The cache is something normal for a site, page builder, theme. In cache are stored the most used information or data to help theme, page builder and entire site to load faster. At the time to time, it is necessary to clean cache, to not load the memory with some unnecessary information. It is something normal and can't cause some problems.

2 - If you add a Custom CSS in the WP Customizer, Theme Custom CSS section or in one external plugin for Brizy pages/elements that code should be applied in Brizy pages. For this is important to use the right classes for Brizy elements you want to apply that Custom CSS.

3 - No, if you will create a Post and will edit it with Brizy builder and in the same time you will have also a Brizy template for these posts, then the template will not be applied in that posts. If you want to create a template for all posts, then these posts should not be edited with Brizy. We don't have some problems if the posts are edited with Classic editor or Guttenberg editor. You can use one of them.
We are compatible with Yoast Seo plugin, therefore, it will show you a report about a page/post even if, it is edited with Brizy.
If you have a page edited with Brizy, you can not only to add title and description in the Seo Yoast Plugin settings, you can also to add focus keyphrase, to customize and create the google preview for mobile and desktop, to customize the social media sharing view, to be informed about SEO analysis and more details. See here.

4 - No, unfortunately, you can't hide these options for some certain user roles.

5 - Yes, in Brizy builder you can find the Shortcode element where you can add the shortcode. At the moment we didn't test the Brizy with WishList Member plugin but also we didn't receive some problems regarding this plugin.

6 - Yes, at the moment isn't possible to assign a name to the Layout or the Block but we are working on this feature and in the future, we will implement it.

7 - At the moment we didn't release the Funnels but we are working hard on it. It is in our Progress list and we are doing all the best to release it as soon as possible. When we will release it or when we will be near to its release we will provide more details about how it will work.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello Sandra,

1- as far as Optimization is concerned, I'm not sure it's a cache issue.
As previously written Elementor and GeneratePress don't give me this problem.
At the moment the only difference is that CDN CloudFlare is set up on these sites.
So what I'm going to do is set up a CloudFlare CDN for sites made with Brizy, do some tests, and then eventually come back to you with results.

2- So I understand that the only Editor Css plugin compatible with Brizy is "Yellow Pencil Plugin"!

    3- I think I don't understand your answer. Or I made a bad explanation.

    In this video
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cWJEetL4f-s&list=PLSWJ3G5dn_5hT5lolM6QF9zFX7aZv2S8J&index=6

at the eighteenth minute (18:27) explains how to create with Brizy a theme for individual posts.
This theme can be applied to all posts or assigned to category X.
Moving forward in the video shows how to insert dynamic content.
This means that the text I enter in the wordpress editor will follow that model. It's correct?
Since the text is in the wordpress editor, the Seo Yoast plugin will show me where I can improve my formatting.
In the Seo Yoast Plugin settings there is the highlight button.
Clicking on this button will highlight the text to edit.

    Here is the screenshot: https://prntscr.com/uxx5re

If I instead create a Post directly with Brizy without assigning a theme for the post (for example category Y)

    Here's what happens with Brizy

Here is the Seo Yoast Highlight Button screenshot: https://prntscr.com/uxx734

By clicking on the highlighter button of the Seo Yoast plugin, the text in the Brizy editor will not be highlighted. This makes formatting text difficult for SEO.

Here is the screenshot: the text in Brizy's editor is not highlighted: https://prntscr.com/uxx78i

This is also what happens in pages created with Brizy.
The Seo Yoast plugin can read the text but is unable to highlight the text because the text is in Brizy editor.
So if you are an expert and you know how to format a text for SEO ok.
If you are a beginner you must have someone who explains you some basic rules, because Brizy's text editor does not highlight the directives of the Seo Yoast plugin.

4- I'm sorry about this aspect
5- I will try the WishList Member Shortcodes and let you know if everything is ok
6- I am pleased that you are working on this aspect
7- It is nice to know that you are working on the funnel builder but buying without knowing anything, if it will integrate with wordpress or if we will be able to export the funnels with Brizy Pro is not reassuring.

It is true, we can create optin page, sales letter, thank you page etc.
If you only have one funnel ok! But if you have 10 different funnels it becomes complicated to manage them.
Since we focus on making funnels, this aspect for my boss means buying with his eyes closed and he doesn't like surprises.

8- If we buy an annual license for 3 sites can we upgrade to the lifetime? Do we pay the difference or do we have to buy a new license?

    I await your confirmation

    Thanks

    Maria

    Hi,

1 - At the moment, we don't recommend to set-up the CDN option in the hosting because it can cause some problem with images. Could I ask why do toy don't think it is the cache when you write in the original message that you have to clean cache? "However when we synchronize with Managewp.com in the Optimization section we noticed that on the site where Brizy and Astra are installed, we need to clean the Cache."

2 - As I said before, we didn't test other CSS editor plugins and can't recommend such plugins. If you will use a CSS editor plugin and you encounter some problems, let us know and we will investigate them. Also, could I ask you why do you not use the WP customizer or Brizy Custom CSS option?

3 - Yes, this is the same I said to you, I'm sorry if I didn't explain well. Yes, you can create a Brizy template for posts and display all posts with the same design/layout.
Regarding the Yoast - at the moment it isn't incorporated in Brizy editor as it is incorporated in other pages builder and for this reason, it doesn't show you inside the Brizy editor where you have to add some corrections. We have this option in our Suggestion list. At the moment the Yoast Seo plugin offers the report and analysis in the WP editor not inside the Brizy editor but this not means that it isn't compatible with Brizy. It shows you the analysis and offers you the possibility to add the title, description and so on.

8 - Yes, you can upgrade from Personal License to the Lifetime license. For this, you have to go to your account and from Account Settings to find the "Upgrade" button. From there you have to select the License type you want to upgrade and after this, you will need to pay only the difference.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello Sandra

this is the response from Siteground support on CloudFlare CDN:

Plamen M .: Usually, Cloudflare is CDN (content delivery
network) the idea behind is to load the static content of your
website from Cloudflare from any point of the world (a place
that would be closer to your visitor) so it can load faster.

What are the problems it can cause with images?
CDN CloudFlare is set up on all of our sites and is not giving us any problems.
Before activating CDN CloudFlare I am waiting to hear from you, more information about it because in contrast to the support of Siteground.

Instead, I want to tell you that in the settings of Brizy => optimize images it tells me:
"There are 89 images that can be optimized"
Does Brizy need any special optimization?
Do we need to open an account with https://shortpixel.com?
Or can we avoid it since the Siteground Optimizer Plugin does this too and the images are all optimized already?

    Here is the screenshot: https://prntscr.com/uyhb1u

This morning we synchronized our sites with Managewp and we noticed that the site created with Brizy and presented the problems described in the previous ticket but in addition there is the "Post Revisions".

    Here is the screenshot: https://prntscr.com/uyh9rj

however in the wp-confing.php file I have set

    define ('WP_POST_REVISIONS', false);
But obviously this rule for Brizy Page builder doesn't work.
Can you give me instructions on this?
For "MB Overhead" and "Post Revisions" we have opened a ticket with Siteground and Manegewp.

Siteground replied that the problem is caused by Brizy and the theme and to investigate with managewp to clarify this aspect.
As soon as Managewp also replies I inform you.

2- Answer for Css editor: because I would like a quick and easy tool.

3- I am happy that we have clarified this aspect and that you are working to integrate Brizy with Seo yoast.

8- ok I'll talk to my boss!

    I await your info
    Thank you

    Hi, Maria,

    Thank you for your reply!

Regarding the CDN - yes, I agree with what was said by Plamed but at the moment Brizy has an inconvenience with the CDN option in the hosting because it can cause some problem with images. We are working to fix this inconvenience.

Regarding Image optimization - we have an integration with ShortPixel that can optimize Brizy images. A usual optimization tool can't optimize so deeply and accurately images that are used in the Brizy page. That's because of Brizy crop the image you add in the editor in 6 examples for retina and non-retina desktop, tablet and mobile devices. When you use a usual optimization tool, it optimizes only the primary image and not also the images that cropped by Brizy because these images are added in a special folder from Brizy. Therefore we recommend using Shotpixel because it can optimize all Brizy images. More about how Brizy handles with images you can find here. And here you can find more details about how to optimize Brizy images with ShortPixel.

Regarding Revisions - In WordPress, Brizy makes some revisions of the page. It can help you to restore a version of the page if you want this. In your case, if you add that line of code in the right place, could you please check if you have created some Brizy templates? Are there saved some revisions of the page? If it is so, could you please delete them? Anyway, we will be interested to listen to what Managewp will say about this.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello Sandra

thanks for the clarification for the CDN.
I am glad you are working on this aspect.

We have configured ShortPixel as per your instructions and have noticed improvements in terms of page loading speed.

Since in your Hosting Partners there is Siteground and it is also our Hosting and we use its "SG Optimizer" plugin, I would like to know if there are any particular settings to use or not to set.
    In particular in the

    - Supercacher settings
    - Optimization of the environment
    - Front End Optimization
    - Media optimization

    ====================================
For Manegewp's answer here is the answer on the problem encountered on the MB Overhead

Overhead is a temporary disk space that is used by your database to store queries. Over time, a table’s overhead will increase. Optimizing your database will remove the overhead and reduce the overall size of your database.

If you go to your PHPMyAdmin and check the tables in your database you will notice a column called Overhead. It shows how much space the overhead is taking in each of the tables.

Deleting this will not affect the data you have stored in each of the tables, it will only make it run more fluidly.

You can check this link for more details: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/565997/in-mysql-what-does-overhead-mean-what-is-bad-about-it-and-how-to-fix-it

Hope this explains it a bit and let me know if you have additional questions.
    ====================================

I would like to add that last week, in relation to the ticket opened with you, Siteground and Managewp, Tuesday 14 October I received an email from the wordpress site where Brizy is installed:

    Hello!

WordPress, starting from version 5.2, has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site and notifies you with this automatic email.

In this case, WordPress encountered an error with one of your plugins: Brizy.

    ====================================

Since today, this "MB Overhead" problem with ManageWp has not occurred anymore, (although we continued to test over the weekend) I believe that with the update of your plugin after a few days, the problem has been solved.

    ====================================

I would like to ask you this:

For our customers, to manage the contents (Post and Pages), we would like to make a page like the one described in this tutorial at 1:14 minute.

The video tutorial is by Paul C. from WPTuts
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_3PAPs9CHQ&list=RDCMUCiTDv6q1XYwZnAm2EYN8wKw&index=15

I would like to know if you plan to integrate this plugin or if you can point me to a plugin that does this compatible with Brizy.

    I await your info
    Thank you

    Maria

    Hi Maria,

Thank you for all details and cooperation!

1 - Regarding "SG Optimizer" - unfortunately, I can't suggest some settings and/or value for some settings to use for this plugin because for images added in Brizy editor. You can deactivate it or use some basic settings. What I can recommend is not to use some hight value and settings for optimization in the "SG Optimizer" because ShortPixel can receive an image with low quality and in such a way after its optimization the image can look not good.

2 - Regarding "MB Overhead" - thank you fr informed us regarding the reply from ManageWP! There seems not to be a problem or issue and glad to know that we could clarify this aspect.

3 - Regarding the error message from WP - Could you please check if you have the latest version for Brizy Free 2.0.14 and Brizy Pro 2.0.14 (if you have also the Pro version)? If you don't have them, could you please update them and check if you receive again the same message from WP? We have this problem on one of the previous versions but we already fixed this.

4 - Regarding creating a Custom frontend dashboard - at the moment with Brizy you can't create such a dashboard. Also, the Brizy plugin is a page builder and with it isn't possible to change the WP dashboard or customize it. I'm not sure is such a plugin should be compatible with Brizy. More likely it should be compatible with the theme you have installed. Brizy doesn't have a big interaction with the managing posts because it is an interface from WP. We access Posts to create a post with Classic/Gutenberg editor or create a post with Brizy. If you will install such a plugin for customization frontend dashboard and if you will encounter a problem in brizy, please let us know about this.
If you want to customize with a plugin the Brizy editor, in this case, I want to say that you can't. At the moment isn't possible to customize the Brizy editor.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello Sandra

1- Regarding "SG Optimizer" I would like to ask this:

if the images for Brizy are uploaded directly by Brizy then they are processed by ShortPixel. It's correct?

As for the posts if I have done a Layout with Brizy and dynamic contents and
I insert the images in my post with a classic editor.
In this case, by whom are these images processed?
By Wordpress and SG Optimizer or by ShortPixel?

3- we have the latest version and at the moment after the last update we have no longer encountered "MB Overhead" problems with Managewp and we have not received error messages from Wordpress.

4- Ok we understand that the Brizy plugin is a page builder.
But there are plugins that improve the wordpress dashboard making it more usable and less complicated for our customers.

    - our customers just have to manage and edit the content.
    - we manage the settings and plugins.

We have installed several plugins to improve the appearance of the wordpress Dashboard.
We have also installed a theme for the Wordpress Slate theme Dashboard and currently have no problems with Brizy.

We really like the brizy editor because it is simple and easy to use.
However, We noticed that for a text-only Privacy page we had to split the text into multiple sections. This is because when you have to format text, say h2 or h3, "brizy's text editor" moves to the bottom of the section.
So if the section is very long you don't see "brizy's text editor", you have to scroll to the bottom and then back up.
I hope this aspect is improved.
When I select a text to which I want to give H1 formatting the text editor must be positioned there and not at the bottom of the section!

We do not want to customize Brizy's editor, we like it as it is even though we are aware that it is a young and constantly evolving plugin.
What we want to customize is the Wordpress Dashboard Layout with a simpler and more modern setting. Hope this is allowed.

Please show me a link of the things that are forbidden with Brizy we don't love surprises.

    I await your info

    Thank you

    Maria

    Hi,

1 - In this article, you can find full information about how is correct to optimize images with ShortPixel. All images you add and use in Brizy pages are added through WP Media Library. They are added firstly there and then from there Brizy takes it and crop it in 6 examples. The same as images from post featured image.

3 - Great to know this. Thank you for updating us regarding this.

4 - "We noticed that for a text-only Privacy page we had to split the text into multiple sections. This is because when you have to format text, say h2 or h3, "brizy's text editor" moves to the bottom of the section.

    Hi Maria,

Thank you for the video record. I'm sorry but we don't recommend to add an entire text with headings and paragraphs in a single text element because the same inconvenience you found. We recommend adding the heading in one text element, then the paragraph from below in another text element. In such a way will be easier to manage with the text and all settings.

Reading over this thread, it appears the original poster's concerns about Yoast integration were not really understood or addressed. To call Brizy "compatible" with Yoast is misleading. If a page is created with Brizy, such that there is no content in the classic/Gutenberg Wordpress editor for Yoast plugin to read and analyze, then most of the SEO suggestions in the Yoast editing window are rendered useless.

I would love for Brizy to have true compatibility, like Elementor has

    Hi,

At the moment we don't have direct integration with the Yoast SEO plugin but we have compatibility with it. Therefore, the Yoast options are active inside the Brizy builder but they can analyze the Brizy content. See here a page analysis.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
