    Hi,

Could you please send us the URL link of a page where we can test this problem? I tried to configure the CookieBot for testing on my site but all seems to work fine https://jmp.sh/AHbV0YT.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

    Thanks for your swift reply.

The URL for the website is https://skyclad.ie/

That's great to see Brizy is working as normal with the plugin installed on your website. Here's the issue from my end - https://jmp.sh/eqxEVhs

If you need me to provide a login to the back-end of the website, please let me know.

    Regards,

    Dara

    Hi,

I found that the same inconvenience happens when I select the "Allow all cookies". See here. Could you please check if this problem happens on non-Brizy pages too? Do you have the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.0.13 and Brizy Pro 2.0.6?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

There's no non-Brizy pages throughout the site. The site's theme is Astra Pro, could this be causing the issue?

The website is running the most up to date versions for both Brizy Free and Pro.

Do you have any more suggestions to resolve this issue?

    Regards,

    Dara

Actually, if a problem is caused by a plugin or the theme we can't do something more for this. I tested the same plugin and all are working fine. I suppose that in your case the problem can be in some settings or configurations.
I asked to test this plugin in non-Brizy page to make sure this problem isn't caused by Brizy plugins. For this, you can create a test page and edit it with theme editor (by the way, I am using the Astra theme too). After this, check if the similar problems are encounter on this page.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
