Viewer Rights on Brizy Cloud
Hi there,
I am building out a client site on Brizy cloud and want to invite the client to be able to view/preview the site only. I have invited them as a viewer, they have received the invite and gone ahead and clicked the link.
It brings up this message - Screenshot 2020-10-05 at 14.29.19.png
The site is yet to be published as it is still in draft.
How do I go about providing access to a viewer so that they can see the site etc (without publishing it).
Cheers
Andrew

Hi,
Unfortunately, I couldn't open the screenshot but I suppose you want to sent me this one https://jumpshare.com/v/idTRznWnunyCI3BzpwHW. If the team member has the viewer role, he can see only the preview mode of the site but as the site is saved in Draft, he couldn't see the site. In this situation, you can publish the site or give to team member another role, one that will be able to see the editor mode of the site, for example, Editor role.
Thanks!

Ah okay, thanks Sandra.
Just so I am clear, what is the point of the viewer rights for a team member when they would/could just go the site link directly?
So there is no way of showing a client a draft of the site prior to it being published?
How many sites do you currently get with free hosting on Brizy Cloud? Just trying to understand if you had say 10 client projects going on at the same time and you wanted to share a site with your client (but didn't want them in the editor), you would have to effectively publish all 10 sites - what would be the best approach for this type of scenario?
Thanks

Hi,
At the moment, the Viewer role works in such a way but we will discuss with our team and will review this role and will improve it in the future.
You can publish as many projects as you need. There isn't a restriction. The only restriction is regarding the Custom Domain publishing method. If you don't have the Brizy pro, you can publish 1 site. If you have the Personal package - 3 sites. If you have Studio license - unlimited sites for 1 year and if you have WP Lifetime package - unlimited sites for 2 years.
Thank you!
Best regards,
Sandra0
