    Hi,

Unfortunately, I couldn't open the screenshot but I suppose you want to sent me this one https://jumpshare.com/v/idTRznWnunyCI3BzpwHW. If the team member has the viewer role, he can see only the preview mode of the site but as the site is saved in Draft, he couldn't see the site. In this situation, you can publish the site or give to team member another role, one that will be able to see the editor mode of the site, for example, Editor role.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Ah okay, thanks Sandra.

Just so I am clear, what is the point of the viewer rights for a team member when they would/could just go the site link directly?

So there is no way of showing a client a draft of the site prior to it being published?

How many sites do you currently get with free hosting on Brizy Cloud?  Just trying to understand if you had say 10 client projects going on at the same time and you wanted to share a site with your client (but didn't want them in the editor), you would have to effectively publish all 10 sites - what would be the best approach for this type of scenario?

    Thanks

    Hi,

At the moment, the Viewer role works in such a way but we will discuss with our team and will review this role and will improve it in the future.

You can publish as many projects as you need. There isn't a restriction. The only restriction is regarding the Custom Domain publishing method. If you don't have the Brizy pro, you can publish 1 site. If you have the Personal package - 3 sites. If you have Studio license - unlimited sites for 1 year and if you have WP Lifetime package - unlimited sites for 2 years.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
