Team Member invite not working
Hello,
I'm trying to invite a team member to an account. They got the email, clicked the link and set up an account, but they can't see the website account I set up for them. They see where they can make a new project, but under the dropdown menu it's not showing the account I set up form them.
Under the team tab on my account it still says pending.
They've verified their account so it should work. please help.

Could you please ask the team member to check again the inbox and accept your invitation? At the first time, when he accessed the link from the email he doesn't have a Brizy account and we asked him to create a new one. Now, he has to go back to the same message and accept your invitation. After this, he will have access.

Okay, I will. In the future is there a way for a person to reverify their account if they didn't get or see the original message?

Hi,
At the moment if a user didn't have access to one subaccount where he was invited, he won't have an access to that subaccount. Also, the user who invited him, see that the invitation is in "Pending" - this means that the user didn't accept yet the invitation.
