Brizy Cloud Sync does not work

Hi, i tried to use Brizy Sync and it's worked for the first time when the code uploaded.

But then, whatever we did on Brizy Cloud, nothing changed on my website. I have to re-installed the sync code ( delete the old files and upload a new files).

Folder chmod 775 already!

  Hi,

  Could I ask if you make some changes on the server after uploading the Brizy folder? (SSL configuration, redirection)

  The server sync "Golden Rule" is: Server Sync option is the last step in publishing a Brizy Cloud project. The entire server environment needs to be prepared before uploading the Brizy folder.

  Could you please send us the URL link of the site? If you don't want to make it public, we can hide it.

  I think the server environment is meet the requirement, because the sync script ran well on the first time.

  Actually, Brizy Cloud file is very simple, only CSS,JS & HTML, it's very easy to grab the content of a static website, so i wonder why it didn't work!

  Thank you for the URL link. We checked the site and we didn't find some errors. Could you please delete the cache folder and check again the data preview? Is all working fine?

  Yes, deleted! and my page was gone! 404! The update button does not work and now i lost my page

  Updated: After deleted my cache folder and waited for 15 minutes, now the new data is live.

  So, is it a real time sync, between Brizy and my website? Because everytime i need to update, i have to use a tool to access my website and delete the Cache folder, and then, my website will be gone for 15 minutes? Is it good for business?

  Brizy server sync does not work as it should be. I wasted alot of time on it and now i have to deleted all files and manually upload static files. Oh my god!

  Could you please describe what other problems did you find? I created a private ticket on this problem. Could you please send us in that private ticket the FTP credentials? We want to check them.

  Got the same here. Brizy Sync just does not work. Or work without any conditions. You can be never sure, if item synced into lib in one project will be avaiable in shared lib on second project (on same account). In fact this is heavy issue and I hope that Brizy team would manage to resolve it.

  Thank you for your message. Did you encounter this inconvenience on the Brizy Cloud when you save a block/layout to be used in another project? Yes, we know about this problem and our team are working to solve it as soon as possible. The saved blocks and layouts aren't visible in the new projects with Blog functions. I'm sorry for this inconvenience! In the next updates, we will fix this problem.
