Error loading editor

when I try to load the brizy editor, I get a something went wrong message with a circle and no other information.  I have uninstalled and re-installed both brizy free and brizy pro plugins to no avail.  I have looked through all the other posts about this same problem and they are light on how to resolve it or how to even view more information on what the problem might be.  

How can I troubleshoot this more and get it fixed?

  Hi Natalia,

  Thanks for getting back to me.  I am not sure what changed, but it is working now.  Does it do some kind of license check when you start editing a page? 

  What else can I do next time something happens to get some more details on what the problem is before I bother you with it?

  Hi Greg,

  " something went wrong" error message is very general and has no specific cause. Usually, we find a hint after checking the errors in the browser console. Thus, now we can not tell you anything in this regard if we do not see and inspect the problem.

  The only thing you can do is make sure you have the latest version of Brizy plugins and make sure you have the same problem if you disable all external plugins. After that, if the problem persists, we need to inspect the problem.
