Contac Forms fail under the weglot translation

I have two forms on my website. One lin ked with mailchimp (home) and the other linked with the email (contact).

The web page is https://www.alpartners.co

The two forms works fine in the spanish version, but when I change the language to english the two forms didn´t work.

I use WeGlot for translation. 

Any idea about what happens

  In the English page, the form gives me "404 Page not found " error. I think you have a redirect rule/condition in your server settings - https://bit.ly/33bjaLd Need to run some tests in wp dashboard and check the server settings.
