Facebook element not working

I inserted the Facebook element and nothing shows up. I have the latest updates of free and pro Wordpress versions.

  Hi,

  I tested the Facebook elements and all is working fine. See here https://jmp.sh/duzTSud. Could you please send us a screenshot of how is working on your page? If in your pages this elements isn't working as in the video I send you, could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins and activate a WP default theme?

  Hello Sandra! I have the same problem, I deactivate all plug-ins, and seems still not working. Twitter for example works fine. please check the photo. i search also the other posts in this matter but couldnt find a solution. I tried also another website and doesn't work too. what can I do?

  Hi George,

  The Brizy Facebook element does work in general. For example, please have a look at this page. https://kctest.online/facebook  Something in your computer environment could be blocking Facebook element from working well. Please check these

  • On the browser you are using for web development, please sign in to Facebook in one tab and in another tab edit your website using Brizy and check if the Facebook element starts working (For Facebook Like and Share to work, you need to sign in to Facebook)
  • Are you using an Ad Block browser extension? Please disable ad block extensions and check if the Facebook element starts working fine.
  • Please test if the Facebook element would work if you edit your Brizy site using Google Chrome (if you are using another browser)
