    Hi, Frank,

I checked the pop-up you showed us and I find that the bottom from pop-up is set-up with the homepage URL. See here https://jmp.sh/pEvzqfI. In this video, when I hover the button, you can see in the left-bottom corner of the window this URL https://din-psykolog-randers.dk/ that is the same as the site. In the last screenshot you send us, I can't see the full URL you set. Could you please send us a screenshot with the end of the URL you added for that button?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Sure. The full URL is https://din-psykolog.dk/bestil-tid and here is a screenshot from the Brizy UI of (only) the END of the URL (so not af full URL, just the appended bit for the first screenshot) on the button's link => https://a.cl.ly/4guJzW8P

I didn't ask you but I suppose that you encounter this problem on the brizy Cloud project if you posted this problem in the "Brizy Cloud" section. Therefore, could you please check if your account is verified? Could you go to the Settings -> Code Injection? Do you see this view https://jmp.sh/Y06EUPD? If so, could you please click on the "Send validation email"? After this check the email you created the Brizy account. There you have to receive a validation email from us. You have to open it and click on the "Validate" button. After you validate your account, please go back to the Brizy Cloud project and make a refresh and try again to add the link to the button. After this Update all these modifications.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

Could I please ask how did you publish the site? What method did you use?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Well, I tried several, including Brizy Cloud hosting originally, but lately moved on to the other options, and is currently on Netlify via Github as publishing option for the custom domain.

We checked with the team the site and found that the site isn't reachable https://jmp.sh/MKNebeX and for this reason, the modification you made on the site wasn't displayed on the live site. We deleted the domain to check if there aren't some connexion problem and found that the problem was in the DNS settings, seems that they were incorrect set. Now your site is available on https://randers.brizy.site/ URL. Now, could you please reconnect the site with the Netlify and follow all the steps and recommendation from this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360044234652-How-to-connect-your-Netlify-account? Also, please make sure that you will connect correctly the DNS.
    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
