Sign in from the website to Brizy to save blocks not possible

I'm not able to sign in to the Brizy cloud, when I want to save some blocks.
Invalid Email-format, what?
No chance as well to open a new account.
What can I do now?

I have some screen-shots about, not sure, whether this is public here or not?
Won't make it public.
