The Synching in Progress Message on One Site Never Goes Away

Hello, we've been so busy this is the first time we are reaching out, but this has been happening since we created the website months ago. 

We are using Brizy Cloud.  The site is www.madtrafficking.com. 

Weappreciate your help in fixing this issue. We have built several sites on here and never had this happen.

  I fixed manually. Next time, please download again the HTML files (or the SYNC folder) and upload back in your server.

  Hello I use Brizy Cloud and i have no idea where to find my HTML files or sync folder?  The issue is occurring again.  I have never experienced this with any other platform.  Every time I update the site this starts happening.
