I have purchased Pro but cannot use Pro elements

Hi

Brizy says I need to buy Pro and shows me Pro blocks locked even though I have bought the Pro license and entered it in the license dialog in Settings.

I am able to log in to Brizy Cloud using my credentials.

What do I do?

  Hi Jay,

  Do you have this problem in Brizy WordPress or Brizy Cloud? If WordPress, can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy version - Free 2.0.12 and PRO 2.0.6? Did you activate the plugin as explained in this video: https://youtu.be/BRygWIdBtYI ?

  I wonder .. I use Siteground and that has a built in Staging system. When I create a Staging website, it automatically copies over everything to the staging site. This includes the plugin and DB etc.

  Seems licensed in the base site but not in the staging site.

  When I try to license the Pro on the staging site it takes me to the base site plugin settings page.

  Is this what is causing the issue?

   

  Can I simply deactivate and delete the plugin, and then reinstall it on the staging?

  Will it retain all the page designs etc when I delete it?

  Hi Jay,

  Yes. Even if you delete the plugin and then, after a while, install it, the configurations will be kept in the database.
